Marquee is a rip-off, unless you enjoy paying ?3.50 for watered-down Fosters, as thats the only thing on tap.
Decadence is cool, but not as good as Gossips. Bar service is a nightmare. My advice: get tanked up before you get there.
Me, I won't be in London on New Year's Eve. I'll stay local. I'll be at Inferno this Friday, and again on Jan 6th.
